The challenge
Guard-tour verification in a premium hotel must demonstrate that every checkpoint was visited at the scheduled intervals, with clear proof of passage. Manual slips or paper logs produce no audit-ready record and are easy to falsify.
The solution
Rosistem TourWatch is our solution for guard-tour verification. Every checkpoint gets a unique identifier (barcode or RFID tag), and the guard scans each objective on the route with a portable reader. The system logs who, what, when — producing an auditable record automatically.
